I requested the bottom floor and got a room on the 4th floor. Air conditioning didn’t work in our room. Shower door wouldn’t stay closed so the floor got soaked every time someone showered. It must have been a magnificent hotel at one time, but it is not being maintained. The pool was too cold to swim in and the external doors could not be secured. Serious problem with trash. What a shame.
