"Not a good start to my stay became my room hadn't been serviced and jad stale smell. I went down to reception and the receptionist (Meadow i think was her name) volunteered to come up and clean it herself. I asked for another room and she was so helpful and kind to put me in a upgraded room. The rest of my stay here was enjoyable. Thank you Meadow, much appreciated. "
