"Okay overall. Staff are great. No bottled water in the room, will expect this is provided considering what you paid. No EV charger available on site is a big mark deduction (Both out of service). They should send this message out to everyone who has made a booking, I only found out when I arrived but luckily there's a EV charging point in close proximity. Variety of breakfast buffet is okay, lack of fruits. "

"I was pleasantly surprised when i arrived at this hotel. Iit overlooked the river Avon, and we could see a little waterfall from our window. The mill wheels was working just outside the dining room window. It would be lovely in the summer. The only downside was the choice for breakfast. However you get what you pay for and as a really cheap hotel it exceeded expectations and when next i go to Bath i will stay there. As a bonus it also has a toll road running into Bath which cost £1.20p cash or card. Very convenient."

"Room ok, some dirty marks in the bathroom. A little cool in the room and couldn’t see how to change the temperature. On the plus side, room was very spacious and great coffee machine. "
