The best hotel in the region! Always clean and plenty of amenities! Pleasant atmosphere and curteous professionsl staff! I love the morning breakfast buffet! Hot, fresh and tasty with a good variety! This is my home away from home!

Clean. Quiet. Good exercise room. Close to asylum museum. Good free breakfast.

I am not sure what the deal was, but my neighbors were amazingly loud. It seemed like I was next to the workout area. I didn't get much sleep. The rest of the hotel was great.

Very nice stay, great location to explore the wilds of West Virginia. Only caveat was the cleanliness of the pool. Very relaxing overall.

Harley was very friendly during check in. I have stayed here at least twice before. I live in hotel rooms because of my job, most being Hamptons. This is a very nice hotel. It is very clean, and you can tell the owners and staff care about their property. Good job!

Hotel was clean and check in was rather quick. The pool area was locked but staff were able to let us in.
The room was clean. It was fairly busy it seemed as it was loud at night. You can clearly hear above you and to either side of you and we had someone relentlessly trying to get into our room at midnight and had to be told twice wrong room. Not sure it made us feel safe.

This property has become our home away from home! Always clean, well sanitized and so very comfortable. The staff is so warm, friendly and accomodating! The amenities are plentiful and the breakfast is delicious and fresh. We will continue to stay again and again!
The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because housekeeping doesn’t replenish towels, even if your stay is longer than one night. You have to ask for more towels and washcloths.
Our stay was good but has to move rooms because of children above us making so much noise so the staff were very accommodating and moves us to another room. Staff were friendly and very accommodating.
