"You definitely get what you pay for in this property. The rooms have been updated, but definitely in the “landlord special” style. The room was relatively clean, but there were little things like excessive amount of mineral buildup on the showerhead, the mirror was damaged, and the fixtures were loose.
The outside property was awful. There was trash everywhere because the trash cans were overflowing. The stairwell closest to our room, had an unhoused individual living underneath it. Definitely a little scary getting to our room in the middle of the night after a long day at the park.
For what we paid for we got the basic necessities from the property. But if you were looking for a more refined experience, stay somewhere else. I thought we scored a deal because the rating on the property was an 8, but I put it more along a 5. "
