Westland Tai Poutini National Park Trip

We stayed at the Grayson for two nights. The staff was friendly and service was great. My only complaint is the room we were assigned didn't have a bathroom door into the bathroom, just a curtain and there was also no shower door and this was a little odd and uncomfortable for us. On the other hand, our friends had a spectacular room with a bathroom door and shower door with separate tub. So when booking be mindful that the rooms are not all the same.

After spending decades in and out of Miami Beach — and even having a place here 30 years ago — I can confidently say that the Shelborne is the best hotel in Miami. It’s incredibly clean, modern, and beautifully designed, yet it still preserves the personality and charm that so many hotels have lost. The atmosphere feels exclusive and private while still being warm and welcoming. The service is exceptional. Every member of the staff goes above and beyond to make your stay memorable, effortless, and genuinely special. The facilities are outstanding, and the location is simply unbeatable — truly the best spot in Miami Beach. This hotel understands luxury without feeling pretentious. It feels sophisticated, comfortable, and authentic all at once. Just stay here. You will understand immediately why it stands out above the rest. Special thanks to Elie at the front desk.

Recently rented 3 rooms for my Dad's 80th birthday. Overall, everyone had a great experience. Check in was easy, hotel/condo is brand new, very clean, and stay went well. It's a newer build, so the walls are a little thin, but it didn't cause any problems during the stay. Everyone was very friendly. Next time we're back in the area, this property will be on our list for consideration. Special thanks to Rebecca, Liza, Johvanne (maintenance), and the rest of the team! Love the view from our balcony! Rooms were clean and bathroom was spacious. However, lighting could be a bit brighter for us women getting hair and makeup ready. The front desk staff can seriously improve their demeanor. I called them twice and they were dry, monotone, not warm or jolly at all. The day of checkout I walked up to the desk to the 2 girls there talking. I greeted the one who was actually working the desk and asked my question. She didn’t bother to greet me at all or much less smile. Felt as if I was interrupting their conversation with her facial expression. No customer service skills, smh, she is the biggest reason for not giving 5 stars.
