No hot tub in room as promised. Several people in line to check in, all for a hot tub king size room whuch they had all reserved, just like us. Not sure if they really have such a room. The common area hot tub had no bubbles and was barely hot.

Beautiful property, very clean. Food at the restaurants were great. Large property which was very spread out. For my older mom, we figured out we could call have get a golf cart pick up to the main pool and restaurants. This wasn’t communicated at check in but we asked.

Friendly staff. We stayed on the 2nd floor and heard our 3rd floor neighbors. We woke up one morning and the echoes of their footsteps upstairs sounded like they were physically inside our room. Filtered water stations are super convenient!
