"Room was smelly. Bathroom had mold around the shower. Hot tub gave my daughter hives. Our second room smelt like smoke - the windows were all open when we got there, so clearly they had been smoking in the room. We were given $20 off the room for the smoke. Only plus was being attached to Moxies."

"Breakfast wasn’t great but included in the price of the room. Newer go tubs in rooms and kitchenette. Room size is large. Excellent value for money. Great dining options in the area."

"Breakfast by definition was offered. The selection of food was not good and cold. Simply the selection with fruit , muffins and maybe cereal that takes little preparation but stays fresh for some time. It was not good but acceptable because it is free."

"Breakfast menu was great; freshly cooked waffle and all breakfast stuff was great. Room was lovely and only complaint was the fridge was really noisy. Our cards were also cut off early at 9am before the check out time and we had to go to reception to have them redone, as did the lady in the same elevator. good value though and would recommend to others."

"Our visit to Red Deer Resort was enjoyable. Check in was good. Restaurant's were very good, great service. Parking excellent. Our room was a deluxe King, we were a bit sad, really thought we would have been supplied to with robes, slippers, glass water glasses, coffee mugs for the coffee maker that was in the room. That's how it was described . The bar fridge was inside a cupboard with a wooden door which should be replaced, when you opened the wood door it dragged on the floor all the time. Pool - bathroom/change room, the door sticks when closed, I thought I was locked inside. I finally had too kick the door for it to open. Not impressed. Hot Tub jets need to fixed . Yes a whole bunch of little things add up to alot. Give TLC to this property would go back for sure"

"I can't complain about anything at this property. Sure it could use some updating, but it was very clean, and amenities were fine. The continental breakfast was good and we did not go away hungry. Would recommend this Hotel!! Thank you to the Staff and management for a wonderful stay!!"
