"I'll start with the positives and I think the two biggest winners has to be the quality and design of the exterior as well as the cove. There's no doubt that there is a very luxurious feel when walking around or lounging and I really felt like I was on a high quality vacation. This for me is where the luxury ends however. Coco Reef seems to market themself as a luxury experience and definitely uses the price tag of one. I don't think however that there was a luxurious level to the service, room...
