"I would have to categorize this Hotel as one of the best in the area. All of the staff were incredibly inviting and helpful the entire time from arranging Taxis to get me to do day trips to shuttles on elsewhere I needed to go and best of all there is a pool to help cool off considering how incredibly hot it can be in Nicaragua. The hotel is located in a very central location where you can walk one to two blocks down for food bars, and anything else you might need. Also they close the front gate at night so it’s super secured. Most importantly, this hotel is owned and operated by Nicaraguans if you support traveling ethically to ensure your money is circulated among the local economy and people. "

"Stayed here for one night prior to a departure flight. The next morning was a breath of fresh air for my husband and I the Japanese restaurant was delicious. The room was clean and relaxing. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing. We wish we had more time to enjoy more of it. Our ride shuttle was early and made it to the airport ahead of time."

"I was amazed by the service here. I had arranged an airport pick up and our flight was delayed. They still had someone waiting for us outside the airport with our name on a sign to get us a taxi to the hotel. The room had air conditioning. The staff were very kind with me and my Spanglish. The breakfast was delicious. They even arranged a taxi to our next destination. "
