"Great staff, delicious food at the restaurant. The room could’ve been better cleaned and it lacks AC, at night it would be super hot and if we opened the windows a lot of insects would pop in"

"It was a fun experience. The electricity was actually out the night we were there all over the town after bad rain, so the path to get to the hotel at night was a bit challenging. But the blackout made us follow our circadian rhythms and woke up extremely early to the beautiful sound of birds singing and a magnificent view of Lago Atitlan. We took the free kayaks early on the lake and were the only ones out at that time. The breakfast was delicious Guatemalan food and the staff was super friendly. We enjoyed the rustic, eco experience!"

"I liked the atmosphere of this hostel. It was all ages and offered fun activities. The dinner was always good but be sure to sign up before three as it is family style. I liked the rooms. Chulah (name of a room) had an excellent shower with hot water and great pressure. An overall good stay."

"Everything was great! I just don’t like the fact that it said free Breakfast but ended up paying for one meal since they tell you once you’re seated that after two meals you must pay! I believe that should be clear in the website"

"Hotel is not fancy but it's comfortable, clean and WiFi signal is strong in rooms. The beds were comfy and although it doesn't have AC, Im glad they did have a fan. Breakfast is simple but good."

"This was a great find. The room was very spacious and had a swamp cooler that helped so much. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Close to everything. Love that they have a beach club off site. Will definitely be back"
