Everything, in general, was wonderful—the breakfast was exquisite. My regards go out to the entire staff, including all the Dominicans and other Latinos I met; the service at the bar was exquisite, and everyone was truly great. As for cleanliness, I give them 200% out of 100%. This was my first time in New York, and let me tell you: on my next visit, I will definitely return to this hotel—it is perfectly centrally located.

Location is excellent. Staffs are kind. Property is clean and in a good condition. Daily room cleaning service is done without asking, which I like.
The elevator gets very busy in the morning when breakfast is being served. I had to walk down from 14th floor to the lobby twice in the morning. This was one negative experience.

Location is central if you want to stay near Times Square. AC worked well.
On the not so positive front, the hotel is dated. The room I stayed in had duct tape around the window to seal it. The bed mattress was not comfortable for me.

There were activities for all ages, especially kids which was a great plus. The resort is a bit secluded and we wish there could have been more options for eating.
