Breakfast was good but some members of staff might have smiled more. We liked the bar but sometimes it was difficult to get served without going to reception to ask to be served. The more negative comments are very specific and, overall, we really enjoyed our stay at the Queen’s Hotel."

"Great hotel in gorgeous setting, clean sumple rooms - very quiet - nice simple food in the bar, drinks on the terrace a bonus in sunny weather - nice pool and sauna area ( but not relaxing or romantic as full of kiddies making a racket - maybe consider an adult only hour to end the day ? )"

"We didn't have breakfast. The room was clean and beds comfy, but the shower was very weak and kept falling forward so difficult to use. The pool is warm and usually nice but a large group of teenagers took over the pool and we had to leave as my daughter became anxious. Previously we have enjoyed the pool."

"We have just returned from a two day stay at Two Rivers, Chepstow.
Our room was small but clean. The room was next to the entrance door and we experienced a lot of noise when the door opened and closed.
My husband twice requested an extra pillow but it never materialised.
We ate in the restaurant on both nights. The food was very nice but we had to chase the waitress for our desserts on both occasions.
