"I'm giving this place a stellar review. There was no ice. Guess what? We didn't care. We had ice in our cooler. We stayed bookends for the Yellowstone trip to break up the drive and had different rooms both nights. The beds were so comfy. The rooms were clean. What inspired me to give the big stars on this review was Ann who was at the desk the first day, and then Ann again and her dog "Club" the last day after staying in Cooke City for the two in between. We talked and she shared some bear stories I'll never forget. When we get the opportunity to travel, the accommodations are so much more than the amenities. I've stayed many places in West for that first and last night on my travels to the Park and will definitely stay again. Thank you!"

"The entire place is wonderful and the staff, especially Sue, were most helpful. Sue checked us in and was a wealth of information. The breakfasts have variety and the location is perfect to get into the West Entrance of Yellowstone National Park. The town has lots of restaurants to choose from and cute shops. I hope they recommend The Kelly Inn for your stay!"

"Excellent breakfast. Upon checkout, I informed the manager that I hadn't been able to take a shower due to the lack of a hairdryer; he apologized, offered me a new one, and allowed me to return to the room to wash up. Highly recommended! Thank you!"

"This cabin was excellent. It had everything we need including ice maker. The daily s’mores for the firepit were excellent. The cabin was beautiful and a 2 minute walk to shopping. The staff was superb and attentive. Best place to stay for Yellowstone park. Absolutely loved everything about it. "
