Hi Seyed! I am a little dismayed with the score you submitted with your recent stay. I am confused as this was not the impression you gave me prior to leaving as you stated how much you enjoyed your stay that you would like to come back sometime along with other positive comments.On another note, you failed to mention that the desk glass top that was in your room was found in the gym area broken in 2 pieces proped up agains the wall.It obviously was damaged during the night of your stay and frankly quite surprised that you did not notify us. Not only because it was destroyed, but because we would have removed it to esure that you and your family did not get hurt in the process. Maybe you can explain why you did not and also the issues resulting in a low score. We need this feedback in order for us to achieve success in all areas of our business. This would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Hi Nicole, we are sorry that you found the room on the 2nd floor an issue. It does however state in the property description that the room is located on the 2nd level. However, my partner and I are always available to provided assistance with anything and we always bring our guests luggage when they arrive and depart unless it is prior to our scheduled start, which is 6:30 to 7 am. You could have made a request for help with the luggage which we would have been more than accommodating

Although your score was very favourable, it leaves us a little baffled and unable to correct whatever issue you may have encountered that prevented you from giving us a perfecft score. Thanks for the review however ive yet to hear a concerne regarding the parking. All that is asked is to give 5 feet in front of you and park as close to the hedge to allow traffic around you is the only requests. Its worked beautifully since its inception and we have had no issues. Perhaps you may have had a large vehicle (truck, van) in which in that case can be tricky to make your way around the circular driveway. I will note that and think of a plan to better equip those vehicles when they turn up. Thanks

Mario, thanks for the great review. Now if you would have mentioned needing the 2 bedroom we would have shown you that it was directrly across the hall. Based on a reservation for 2 we assume it is a couple situation and so will only show you the one side of the unit, the other section is 6 steps on the other side of the door which is the separate bedroom with queen sized bed0 - hence 2 bedroom suite

Thank you for your review and i apologize for the bathroom situation as the main bath of which is designated to the other suite was taken out of service as the tub installation which was to be complete by your stay date. was delayed due to a specific part not being readily available to finish the renovation. However you will be happy to know that the renovation will be complete and ready for use by this afternoon, therefore giving the bathroom back as a private bath. Now regarding the issue with the lock on the bathroom is a temperament thing, if you would have pointed this out to us i could have shown you the trick with locking it. Its not a constant problem, as it only seems to happen during extreme humidy when the bathroom is being used a lot. Its only a matter of a slight pull inwards of the door and the lock will engage. Its just a very slight nudge not requiring much of anything however, unknowingly without playing with it at all would appear to be not working. It had been sometime since we have had an issue with this and i will be sure to address it h with our locksmith for permanent fix. These older homes always seem to have these little quirks however the permanent fix i believe will be the best solution in this case.

I'm sorry you fealt the way you had but the doors at that time time did have safety lock inside the room, however all of our suites since have been set up with an keyless entry smart lock system that operates with a code and changes with each guest to gain access. It is the top of the line security locks designed for spaces like ours. Thanks for your review.
