"The beach the pool and the facilities were all you need to have a great trip ,and the proximity to the town of Falmouth with all the shopping and restaurants was only 13 minutes away.Had a unexpected great time.The rooms were clean and nice.The sunsets were the best I've ever seen."

Iris Hotel Cape Cod
"As others have mentioned, the bar and restaurant were closed which was a shame because it's nice. Receptionist did not seem to know when it would be open. Room was clean but shower was cold and soap was empty. That being said, we would stay there again. Great location."
