Super clean, and some of the friendliest and obliging staff I've encountered on any trip. Can't comment of food as we didn't eat there, but would certainly recommend. Only thing I'd say is that it isn't a 5 min walk from the harbour - more like 15 mins - but you walk the length of the main stret so you get your bearings early on.

Jonka and Karen made us extremely welcome and were very understanding with my Bronchitis and Asthma and gave us the most fabulous cold water, which in the heat was wonderful. Then when asked about local restaurants Jonka suggested going to the local supermarket and getting a salad and having it in their beautiful shaded garden. They gave us plates etc., then a desert of yoghurt. The breakfast was astounding and set you up for the whole day and as if that was not enough gave us fabulous...

Plenty of wildlife and within easy cycling distance to colourful bulb fields, coastal tracks, wetlands and villages. Limited places to eat without transport. A beautifully renovated building with luxurious style, this genuinely is a boutique place to stay. A spacious and airy bedroom with large en-suite shower room, there’s space to work, relax and sleep.
Breakfast is amazing value at under €15 - a feast that’s freshly prepared and presented in the Fire Café next door (there’s an indoor route between the two buildings, served by staff who are friendly and very helpful - perfect.
