No, instructions on how to operate the t v and find the local channel. The only thing I will say for that location is that the room was more than adequate was very clean and nice.But any amenities or any customer service was not existent "

"The staff is great and the room was clean and comfortable. We were there with snow on the ground and we were disappointed that they didn't get a fire going in their community room. We wanted to sit and play games there but it was too cold. He said they only do fires on the weekend, which was really something I believe they should consider changing. People pay to stay during the week too."

"The reason I gave it all 5 stars is because there upfront and honest they are remodeling so everything is down but Atleast ice machine was working. Room was clean and comfortable and beds were great. Great working tv with good channels. I was doing an event in the Rutland area and I’m up from Tampa Bay Florida so I got to watch my Orlando Magic and Tampa Bay Lightning and Tampa Bay rays all on the TV here so stay was perfect. Hotel very quiet bc they are remodeling and only have few rooms open"
