1. Two days our room wasn't cleaned. I had to go down to the front desk to ask them to clean our room. It looks like all they do is make the bed, empty the trash and replace the towels. No cleaning. Hampton Inn & Suites Boynton Beach
The place is filthy. Air conditioner had to be replaced so we had to change rooms. Overall, the entire hotel is gross.The front desk clerk was rude every time we went spoke to her. There are hundreds of good hotels in Palm Beach County. This isn't one of them.
