Great location in WPB. Great service from the bell hops to the pool attendants and housekeeping. The rooms are updated and clean. The mattress was a little hard but the pillows were top notch. It’s an easy walk to shops restaurants and clubs on Clematis or take the complimentary shuttle. Just FYI, it’s a cashless hotel and the gratuities are already added to you food and beverage bills. We will definitely stay here again when back in town.

Shuttle bus to bring us to events and picked us up. Proximity to restaurants and shops . Courteous , helpful and friendly staff. Typical hotel room & beautiful pool. Exceptional staff!

Property was nice. They did not disclose the $35 a day resort fee until check in. They hit me with a $48 a day valet fee at checkout. This was never disclosed. An extra $83 a day in fees total. They also charge $6.50 for a cup of coffee.

A very nice hotel with excellent pool area. Located centrally with walking distance to City Place, and a nice stroll to the beach area. Property is in very good shape and the staff are very friendly.

Transportation was worked out before I left Phoenix but when I got there nobody could agree what could be done. Conflicting information from one person to the next was not helpful. They provided a ride for me but after I arrived at the event I was informed they would not provide a ride back essentially leaving me stranded in a place 2000 miles from home and not knowing anyone I made no secret of the fact that I was not familiar with how rideshare worked and was told it would not be a problem. I feel that I paid to work out issues and be helpful to me. I would have been happy to pay extra. I will not be staying at this chain again

I chose this as the place to stay for a recent business trip. While the front desk staff was a little bit shaky (but I was offered a $300 night upgrade option?!) the rest of the staff quite good. I needed maintenance and Mr. Samuels was handled it very well and quickly. Valet parking nesssary to my knowledge but they were efficient.
