Had coffee and orange slices in ice-water, but did not have HOT WATER/TEA BAGS for tea -drinkers. Had to walk to the bar in the next hotel to PAY for 2 cups of tea :-(, then it felt necessary to TIP ... even though ALL should have been complimentary in the first place!!! Staff helpful, however, so... CLOSEST HOTEL TO THE AIRPORT: EXXXCELLENT!!!

Why on earth are youtelling someone to purchase insurance if you don't do anything about it. I was hospitalized fir 4 days and you charged me anyway.

I like the new updated amenities where you can check in with your phone and go directly to your room. The rooms were very clean and updated. The area appeared to be safe and the parking was a breeze.

The staff was so incredibly nice! My room was extremely quiet, spacious, and clean. The pool area was perfect. And a minute drive to the airport! Would absolutely stay here again.

Dejon was super accomodating when we arrived. He offered breakfast and to store our bags as we just came off a cruise. Also booked a shuttle and then got us into a room early. He has impeccable service and we really appreciated him going above and beyond!

Unfortunately the first room I was assigned upon check-in was occupied. It was a not a good experience and made me feel unsafe that the same could happen to me. I was reassigned from occupied room on second floor to the fourth floor.

Clean and spacious rooms. Parking is not free.
Hotel nice and clean. Room very clean and spacious. Great location near West Palm airport. Very good staff. Pool very nice. Only problem with the hotel is that the parking which was advertised on hotels.com as free, was not free, as they charged $10 per day for parking. Trying to get this resolved through the hotel has not been satisfactory and will require calling my credit card company to dispute the charge. So, you could say that customer service after the stay is poor. This situation is annoying.

Property was nice, clean, and centrally located. I didn't like the room I chose due to the adjoining room with unknown guests but other than that the front desk staff was awesome and friendly. I will be booking again in the future but will definitely read the room options very carefully first!

It was a fine stay, it wasnjust for a night since I had a 6am flight. My room was a but noisy since it eas on the 1st floor and inwas woken by people yelling in the hallway at 3am. I also requested a 4am shuttle to the airport the night before and got there 10mins early. I waited an extra 30mins since the shuttle driver was late. They said he had a lot of pickups but the shuttle was empty and the guy seemed loke he overslept, not very helpful with my bags either. Very unprofessional, since shuttles should never be late. I had to hussle through the airport and almost missed my flight.

The front desk staff personnel, Fabian, was super pleasant and helpful. He assisted us with checking in early after a long day of travel. The hotel shuttle not only transported us to the airport but also to the downtown shopping area. Our driver Michael was very kind and helpful giving great suggestions on where to eat. The hotel was very clean and quiet. The hot breakfast was meager but fulfilling before our early morning flight.

Nice hotel near West Palm Airport.
First of the front desk clerk was really nice. She upgraded us to a bigger room. Breakfast was good. The pool is nice an clean but not heated. It was a good location for airport. There are good restaurants within 2 mile radius. Overall very good and I would recommend it.
