"Front desk staff was great, even assigning adjoining rooms to our traveling friends. Having no elevator was the biggest problem for us seniors. Bedroom was large and comfy and the shower had plenty of hot water. Several good options for food nearby. "

First, because of how the lobby is built, the noise travels up to the other rooms, and it's a huge echo chamber (like John Bonham banging on the drums, loud). Second, the ceilings don't have enough (or any?) insulation, so the noise of the person above our room sounded like she weighed 5000 pounds in wooden clogs. If you bring ear-plugs, you'll be fine. Unfortunately, we will not return, because we need our sleep, and that can't happen there."
