"Very disappointing. Too far out of Monroe. Hotel felt old and uncared for; hallway carpets dirty and maybe needs to be replaced. Room was too small for the three of us plus a dog. Not enough room to have our bags out and to be used. Half of the bathroom lights were out; not enough towels and one roll of toilet paper. I requested more from the front desk but never received. "When we walked in the smell was very strong. I was very worried because it did not smell good at all. The 2nd floor hall was better, but the room was perfect! No bad smell at all. That was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in, in a hotel. Love the shower instead of the tub! The staff was super friendly! "We had to change rooms immediately due to dirty laundry and no water to toilet but desk clerk was very nice and took care of it quickly. Room was quiter than i expected being next to the elevator on the bottom floor. Pool was a plus."
