"The hotel met our needs. The workout facility wasnnice and the breakfast was really good. Our room was fine. The front desk employee was awkward, slow and a little rude."

"Did not stay. Was unable to check in. Waited in lobby for 20 minutes. Called the phone number it said to call, no answer, phone was left on front desk. Rang the doorbell on the desk, still no response. Waited in parking lot an additional 10 minutes, front desk staff never returned "

"As always , my stay at Express Inn in Parsons Kansas was great. Very affordable with clean rooms and a great environment! Staff is second to none, very helpful and polite. The owners are great people and genuinely care about you and your stay! Its where I will be continuing to stay when im in Parsons!"

"Pool was empty and covered. Room dusty smelling and floor not swept. I think they mean well but is a work in progress."

"We tried to check in 30 minutes early but no rooms were ready. Finally get checked in and our "freshly cleaned room" had sheets that had dirt or something on them. We were going to be gone for a couple of hours, so before we left, I asked the person at the desk if she could have our sheets changed while we were gone. She said there wasn't anyone that could do it because her one housekeeper she had for the day was gone. She said she could give me a sheet and we could change it. I asked for a comp if we were going to have to change our own sheets. She said most she could do was give me points because I booked through Expedia. She said she would look at them while we were gone. When we got back, luckily she had changed them for us. No points added or anything I guess because she actually did her job. Not impressed for the hotel only being a few years old. "
