"No grab bars in tub/shower. "Mini" commode. Fan on heat/ac ran continuously blowing cold air after temp in room was reached. Couldn't turn off. Pathetic "free" continental breakfast. Cereal, cold bagels, and muffins."

"We ended up leaving at 1:30 in the morning after seeing ROACHES!! A total of 7 seen in the room! I want a refund!!!"

"The room was clean but we were having breathing issues at night. Likely due to the dust in the room. Saw dust fall from the curtains when we opened them. Amenities were average for the price of the hotel. Wish there was a self park option."

"The hotel was great the staff was great my concern was the restaurant. To dine in the restaurant one had to make a reservation; while I respect a business who wants to ensure they are able to meet and fulfill sales and revenue - the problem was that even at the bar section a reservevation was needed. As a courtesy to the guest of the hotel there should have been at least some open seat availability at the bar so that the guest of the hotel could also enjoy the afforded amenities of having dinner at the restaurant that resides inside the hotel. It unfortunate that without a reservation a guest has no chance enjiyung the resturant amenity and when you're just coming in from out of town a guest may not know to make a reservation so that's the unfortunate part."
