"Most of the staff were wonderful, but, and this may show my age, it took awhile to get one of them to help me with a bus problem. Being told to go to the internet or go to the bus station to fix a ticket is not what I thought I should expect from a 5 star hotel. I had to ask the gentleman to cal for me to straighten out a problem. I had no car so when I was told that I had to go to the bus station in the dark to figure things out I was surprised. Everyone else was great."
