"Stacey, had cleaned our room to a very high standard, everything, we needed, fresh linen,etc, spotless, excellent!!! Reception staff, very welcoming, informative, &, helpful,. Very comfortable bed, &, very quiet, considering building work across from hotel going on. Samantha in the restaurant was an excellent host, polite, friendly, &, helpful, very hard worker, &, good food."

"Ideally situated for visiting the Royal Observatory, National Maritime Museum, Cutty Sark, etc. by way of a pleasant walk across the heath and through Greenwich Park. Also, the hotel is a short bus ride away from the O2 Arena, as well as Blackheath train station within 5 minutes walk, for access to central London. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. The buffet breakfast is very good and offers plenty of choice, the evening meals are excellent in a relaxed setting. All the staff were very friendly and attentive. A great place to stay!"

"Wonderful staff, very accommodating and nice restaurants. Location was great for access. Gym is on the small side, but adequate facilities. In room AC didn't go below 19 degrees, so room was a warm. However still a great place to stay. "
