"I booked a King suite with a sofa bed. I was given a sweet that had a queen bed in it and was told that it was a King. They refuse to give me a different room. When I went down to talk to the staff. The Lady was in the lobby, watching TV and didn’t even bother to get up to come over to the Desk to greet me. I had to walk over to her. She never stopped watching TV. She said they’re with a remote flipping channels as she was speaking with me. I asked her for my bill because we are checking out. She told me she didn’t do that until five A.M. we were leaving extremely early because we were going to Yosemite National Park. The room was OK. Other than being the wrong size bed. It was clean though. The hotel itself when you walked in and had a funny smell to it. The hallway leading up to the room smell like musty dogs. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again."

"We have stayed here before but we never stayed at the first level. I wish I would've taken photos but I was sick and exhausted. There was a raid can left in our room and the was several roaches in our room. It was the worst experience, so disgusting. Will not be staying here ever again."

"Nesesitan limpiar bien estaba muy sucio el piso y las sábanas tenían mucho pelo y solo dejaron un rollo de papel y éramos 4 personas en el cuarto y la limpieza es muy importante te porque abia niños gracias y espero de todo corazón mejoren su limpieza"

"This is a bare-bones property, fridge was unplugged (probably to save electricity), one towel, obviously nothing had been updated. That said, the owners are so very sweet and earnest and likely struggle to have guests stay in a place called Los Banos. It's convenient to grocery stores, etc. but everything is paved over, so no real beauty surrounds the property. Again, owners are SO sweet."
