"Breakfast buffet is great. Ample parking. Great service. The restaurant was closed, there was no prior notice of this during booking. "

"Lobby was nice, breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. When I got to my room the toilet would not flush and 2 lights would not work. Had to go through the AI to get to a real person... not personally a fan of this but the repairs were made the next day. When you turned on the water in the shower you would get blasted if you were not careful and quick and it was not the easiest thing to access the soap and shampoo.The furniture in the room was quite worn out with holes on the ottoman in 4 areas. I would not seek out this place to stay again but if it were the only option left I would be ok."

"Had a reservation, called to let them know it would be12-1 am before we got there to check in since we were attending an event in Stillwater. Got to the hotel at 1245am to be told they had no rooms available. Got into my email to get the confirmation number where i see that I got a receipt for my check in at 809pm. Which wasn’t us. They gave our room to someone else and never called. Still waiting on a response from the manager "

"PROS - easy check-in, free parking option, and free shuttle that covered basically all of downtown Tulsa. Rooms were large and nice finishes. CONS - spent time at the rooftop bar at night and for brunch. super slow service and very unattentive even though there was a ton of servers behind the bar. Also room had a nearly full kitchen setup but it seemed odd you had to have staff come unlock the fridge and no microwave. also had to cover the fridge with towels in order to sleep cause the light on it was so bright. All in all it was a good spot to stay for one night, but for $300 will look elsewhere next time"
