"Overall a good stay. Cleanliness could be improved especially in common areas/furniture. Hot tub was nice but also pretty dirty inside. The pool table and lounge area is a nice touch and fun for kids. Conditioner was out in the shower for the entire trip and room fixtures were super dusty upon arrival. Even after several room cleanings, the dust remained. Walls are thin and you hear every shower and your neighbors. We were unfortunate enough to have a screaming toddler adjacent that cried from 9-11 pm every night and then again in the morning time from 7:00am until about 9 am. That made it hard to sleep, especially for my own kiddo. No fans for background noise either. The hot chocolate and smores kits were fun for kids. "

"The rooms were nice and the property itself was well maintained. We especially enjoyed the indoor pool and the very large outdoor hot tub, both were great amenities and a highlight of our stay. However, the staff interaction was a bit unusual. About 10 minutes before the posted checkout time, the front desk called our room to remind us that it was time to leave. I’ve never experienced that at any other place I’ve stayed, especially when I was still within the official checkout window. If earlier departures are preferred, it might make more sense to adjust the checkout time accordingly. Overall, it was a nice stay, but that experience felt unnecessary and slightly off-putting."
