"Stayed here for 6 nights for a family trip, the worst thing was the cleanliness but the staff made up for it mostly. Grace was fantastic at accommodating us as we ran into some issues, the tv wasn’t working upon arrival, toilet and bath was dirty and the toilet was leaking. The pull out sofa was pretty stained and nasty but she brought us a ton of comforters and covers to be able to get it covered & sleep-able on. "The hotel is clean and comfortable, The staff is professional and courteous. It is a nice hotel. I'm traveling from NY to visit my 8 year old daughter. Unfortunately, the hotel lost power for 8 hours from about 5:30 om to 1:30 am. Because of this, I did not spend time with her; the room was just too cold and I had to take her back home to her mother. Now I have to stay another night so that I can spend time with my daughter. In addition, I have to pay another $100 deposit, even though I'm staying consecutive nights. I need that money for my travel back to NY. "
