I usually stay at this fcaility on my business trips and teh satff are very friendly and professional. Howver on my Decmeber trip and on this Jan trip, I had sent out my clothes for laundry but found my 2 pair of jeans missing. I usally do not check the clothes upon receiving but found a pair of jeans missing from Dec trip. I did inquire with the reception when I returned in Jan. They told me that they they take great care of the laundry so that items do not go missing. Howver the day beofre I cehcked out on this Jan trip, I received a note from the laundry departmnet that another pair of jeans from my laundry bag has gone missing. This time, I was really upset . The managers and the staff all went looking for it and finally found they delivered it to another room 221 instead of 332. This is what must have happened to other par of jeans in December. The laundry staff was defensive but had nothing to say, when I mnetioned about the wrong delivery. They got to improve !!!

Recommended hotel for family vacation in Cirebon
For family or ppl who wanna get relax, Aston Cirebon is the right place. It has children's playground, mini becak, free bike to go around the hotel area and horse carriage. Various breakfast, etc . The bed is very comfortable, the room is so spacious, and the staff are so friendly and polite. Wifi is excellent! They have almost all TV channels.

Had just a 1 night stay, the room is pretty spacious, however, Television is quite a small size and Bathroom should have more towels rack or towels hanger, and should have a shower handle instead of just the rain shower as it's very difficult to shower a child. Swimming pool water is way too cold (freezing). Might reconsider again if we want to stay in this hotel again.

Great family hotel
We had a great stay. We were traveling in big groups with children. The hotel provide a lot of activity for kids from mini rickshaw, putting golf to mini zoo. They also have bicycles for free, indoor playground and also kids dining section. The room was spacious, clean and a lot of amenities. Breakfast buffet has tons of selection and they rotate it every day. Overall we hd a very nice stay.

No hot water. Broken fridge. Horrible food. Cold food. So noisy we couldn’t sleep. The worst hotel we ever stayed at in Indonesia. We had to leave a day early because no hot water - or even warm water - plus so noisy from 6 a.m. through to early morning. No refund was offered.

Wonderful
The Hotel is awesome. One of the most beautiful Hotel I have ever seen. Decoration and outside of the Hotel is beautiful. Near to the city center. Hotel itself has 3 swimming pools, mini zoo, free cycle ride, Japanese restaurant, small shop and a nice bar. Very supportive staffs and very welcoming. They always greet you with a beautiful smile. Most important they have a vast menu for breakfast. All kinds of foods are available. And price? You cant find a 5-star in anywhere else with this price. Their food/beverage price also low. I loved the Hotel from my heart.

Not recommended for relaxing, for Business is ok
Ambience is not relax, seems like a business hotel but at the same time it’s also like a family hotel. Noisy (due to open space design at the middle, very thin floor that you got annoyed when the guest above your room running around or walk like King Kong until 10pm+) , lots of mosquitoes at oasis indoor area, no privacy swimming pool (by the restaurant next to lobby), bad amenities especially shower cap, spacious room but empty, local food is ok but not the international one, bad lettuce, need to improve in picking ingredients. Gym is located at the basement with access only by stairs, both gym and swimming pool close at 9pm. Bad phone connection in the room, can’t use speaker phone, too high toilet seat, this’ asia not dutch. So definitely don’t go here if you want to relax

Probably one of the best hotel in Cirebon. Service was good with the exception of a weird laundry charge to wash away a small blood spot in the towel. Dirty towel are meant to be washed and being charged for a dirty towel is very unusual.

great hotel in Cirebon
the stay was good. However, my reservation via hotel.com was twin room and i checked it in my reservation but the room that given to me is not a twin bed. Overall it is still a good hotel for family or group of people.

Last weekend i had visited this hotel after a family wedding. we were a group of 10 people and kids. booked for 5 rooms. during check in we got some issue as all 5 rooms they cant give in same floor and 1 non smoking room was not available. after had a discussion with manager they upgraded us from superior to junior executive with free of charge. got connection rooms in same floor next to next. staff was so friendly and can speak English. Room was good and spacious. no bath tub but big bathroom. we got an infant and they provide bath tub for baby free of charge. they keep 2 free bottles of water near wash basin and keep a big bottle which is chargeable next to TV. by mistake we all opened the big bottle then read its charged 12000. Breakfast was sufficient. verity was average. mainly Indonesian food. Swimming pool was not so big or not too small. there are 2 pools 1 for kids and other deep. some kids play area near to pool. some birds and cycles available. my mother in law birthday was on that day and we request for a cake to cut. staff gave us complimentary small cake which makes surprise for her. check out was easy and we all feel happy to stay there.

Great Hotel in Cirebon
My stay at Aston Hotel Cirebon was great. The Junior Suite Room was spacious. Bed was comfort. Bathroom was great. The location is a bit far from the city centre, but it was ok. The staffs were helpfull.

Not only the Junior Executive, even the Superior room (the lowest category) is already 33M). As for the location, we are actually located at the main artery road between West Jawa and Central Java, thus, we are the easiest hotel to access. Very nice hotel
Stayed there for 2 nights. One minor thing is this, when we arrived we were offered a room upgrade but smoking room saying that all the non smoking rooms are oocupied. We rejected but then we were given the upgraded room and non smoking. I dont know why they said all non smoking rooms are occupied earlier. Apart from that, the room is good, breakfast is good, tried the swimming pool, it was good. They have mountain bike rental to be used on the bike trail within the hotel. Running track is also available.

Not good enough
Supposed to be the best hotel and may be in some ways. However it is very bland. Finish is cheap and staff need more training. All food very salty or more likely too much MSG. Design of the place is wrong- acts like a big echo chamber so even on the higher floors you can here plates in the dining area. Grage in town is a better option.

Business stay Aston Cirebon 27/28-7.
This hotel is value for money. Its complete, with all facilities you can require from a 3/4 star hotel. One thing I notice was that my room smelled some cigarrette smoke, previous guest did obviously not follow that the hotel is non smoking area.

Very Nice Hotel
Hotel is very nice, staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. Gym is good though very warm! Pool is nice, breakfast was very good.

Breakfast was good,but really needs to work on th food; like learn how to cook hamburgers on the grill, a side salad means side salad with dressing not the lettuce and tomato on the hamburger.

Nice & spacious room, however un-seen bathroom tab caused water spread all over sink bench. Poorly manage gym facilities & sauna. Unecessary beach towell size for a gym. Loud and "noisy" sound system not really appropriate for a hotel gym.

One of the best places to stay in Cirebon
The Aston Crebon is a creat place to stay, new, clean, room well appointed. Nice gym and pool area. Restaruant is great for breakfast but western food lacking thereafter. I have not tried the Japanese Restaruant. There is nothing to do around the hotel, excellent for business stay.\
