"I found the hotel very clean, staff polite and welcoming and as an added touch, someone by the name of Monica, who works at the Holiday Inn, texted me while I was staying there and asked me how everything was and if there was anything she could do to help my stay better. I appreciated that and thought it was a nice touch. I didn’t care too much for the continental breakfast, but many people did enjoy it, I just don’t care for that type of food. I like the fact that it was close to downtown. When I stay in a hotel, I like a clean room and this room met all of my expectations and I would definitely stay here again."

"Everything about this stay was incredible. Check in was amazing. The bed, duvet, pillows were dreamy. The room was gorgeous."

"Everything was clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly. The service in the restaurant was also friendly , but slow. The poor girl could have used some extra help. But other then that everything was great. Clean rooms and comfy bed."

"First time ever we were refused towels. We booked a room for 4 people for one night. There were 2 towels in the bathroom so we requested for 2 more towels and the front desk denied to provide with the reason that the booking is from Expedia so we need to contact Expedia for towels. Is this a joke? When a person wants to take a shower and needs a towel, contact Expedia for that. That was very disappointing. I dont suggest a stay in this hotel. They have no hospitality. "

"Hot tub was not working and had not been for quite some time. If this had been available info when I booked, I would not have chosen this hotel - for the price of a hotel room I expect a working hot tub."
