"Staff are extremely unfriendly and aggressive
The restaurant staff are beyond rude and very aggressive
The food is terrible and smells horrible
Serious Language barrier they only speak czk and Russian no English at all "
"We were pleasantly surprised how beautiful and clean hotel Palacky was. We truly enjoyed our stay there and the delicious breakfast that was included in the very reasonable price we paid for our stay.

"My room was by the elevator, so I practically couldn’t sleep for two nights.
Food at the restaurant is average.
Staff are wonderful. Hotel has excellent location and spa facility (except gym is too small and under equipped). Need to improve and amend food and coffee at the breakfast. "

"Our room was large and comfortable with a good view of the town. The sauna and pool were nice, staff was friendly and helpful. A great stay and a good value. Location is perfect.
My only complaint is there were often no towels available when I went to sauna. It is uncomfortable to sit in a sauna in a woman's bathingsuit without a towel. I understand where some people take too many of the towels especially large ones. Maybe just more small towels for the sauna. "
