West Babylon Trip

The nicest part of this hotel was the lobby and location other wise mid. The elevators were limited and slow. The AC in our room was outdated and did not cool. We got in late and the next morning a housekeeper knocked on our door at 9am and when we told her we did not need her services she insisted on us opening the door to give us towels. We had enough towels. We put the do not disturb door plaque and did not use housekeeping services for the rest of our stay. The sheet and the shower curtain had weird stains. I think there are nicer places to stay in this area for similar price. Would not stay here again or recommend.

Clean, user friendly and convenient!

I enjoyed my stay, great location, stylish hotel and overall great experience. I’ll be back on my next visit,

My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious.

I liked the proximity to Times Square, the breakfast buffet, the view, and the friendly helpfulness of staff. I did not like that there was no CNN.
