"This property has some good basic amenities like gym, swimming pool. Property is clean and has free parking space. Good breakfast but very few options and kind of repetitive everyday. Room are clean however I see the carpet is stained"

"The room was clean: they provide a basket of items that are for purchase in your room, I put it up out my kids' reach haha but thought that was nice. Good hours for the pool and the temperature of the pools were perfect. Staff was kind and welcoming."

"We've stayed at many different hotels in Fargo and this was the best value for sure! Fantastic pool, very clean rooms, great breakfast. Our only one issue was that the windows are not sound proof at all, so we could hear passing trains throughout the night and snowplows all night that were plowing nearby streets. So that was an issue all three nights we stayed but if it wasn't for the snow plows it would not have been so bad. We will definitely stay again!"

"All in all good. The sound travels, we hear lots of voices from next door. There was a chewing tobacco box laying on the floor beside my bed, so obviously not vacuumed there. The cleanliness in the halls and such were also not great, it reallyneeded vacuuming. The ceiling was leaking above my bed all day (while we were gone), so my bed was all wet when we came home in the evening, so we had to switch rooms. Things happen, but it was just annoying that we had to do it in the evening before bed. The customer service at the front desk was good, he was friendly and courteous. The ladies that were working at the breakfast room were kind of rude, when we asked if there was more coming out soon, because the stuff was not stocked. But all in all, it was a decent stay."

"Everything has been renovated! The rooms were excellent although my only complaint was that there was too much room under the door so I could hear when there were screamers at night coming in. I had to put towels up agains the door to stop the sound. Other than that it was fantastic. Also, the pool was just right in temperature and the hot tub was hot! (and did not feel dirty) Breakfast was just your normal contintental breakfast that worked well "
