"We travelled with our 3.5‑year‑old and really enjoyed our stay. The only disappointment was the pool, which was a big reason we chose this hotel. It was open on our first day, though it didn’t seem very clean, and by the second day it was closed. Each day we checked in with staff and were told it would reopen “tomorrow,” but unfortunately it never did for the rest of our stay. Since the pool was an important part of why we booked, we’d really appreciate a discount or some form of compensation. Other than that, everything was lovely and we had a great time."

"Warm cozy rooms with a great fireplace. Spa, was small simple by perfect for what we expected. Little barrel sauna that was a propos. Hartford bar was clean and personnel were always inviting and a pleasure to speak to. "
