"Staff is very accommodating.Airport Shuttle on time & my personal favorite amenity. My standard room was a great size. I love that is was carpet free."

"We stay at this location several times a year for on-site events happening in the banquet hall. Thus far; every time we stay, the elevators are not working (only 2 of the 5 actually work) and the pool area is closed at least one day if not all the days we stay. The free breakfast is not worth it and there is never enough staff on hand to handle proper operations. The hotel needs serious upgrades but is unwilling to spend the money."

"Checked into the room and it was 73 degrees, turned on the AC and 10 minutes later it was 76 degrees. One side of sliding barn door fell off the upper roller. Wife called the front desk and they said we're sending someone up to check the AC. They showed up and turned the thermostat off and on and nothing happened. After a few minutes nothing was fixed and we had to get moved to another room.. Not a good first impression "

"Don't be fooled by the pictures (from way better days) and the nice description! This is a tired and worn-out old red roof (not a great starting place), and it's only gone downhill under private management. Filthy, smelly, poorly maintained. Even the breakfast managed to be worse than the "low bar" of a typical chain hotel offering. Be aware this place accepts pets along with off-putting pet odors everywhere and barks and whines during the night. Way too expensive for the quality level."
