"Great place!!! "

"The pillows were lumpy and the bed was worn down on the side. The lighting was extremely limited so you had a hard time seeing in the room. The shower head went out in all directions except where it should have gone ( straight ahead). They did not come in and make our beds or bring new towels. The toilet paper holder needed screwing on better. It leaned. There were not enough towels. Kids ran up and down the halls screaming till 10:30 on our floor and the floor above us.The luggage carts were those little ones that were hard to push and very small. The tub had peeling paint around it."

"The shower head was a rain one and not everything sprayed and the pressure wasn't very good. Otherwise the room was nice and clean, very comfortable."

"You get a very friendly welcome when checking in. You also getting a pleasant greeting in the mornings."

"We would not stay at this location again, Killed a roach and a spider in the room, so some maintenance needs to be done."

"The only ice machine for the entire hotel was on the third floor and it was always out of ice. Disappointing."

"The hotel staff were great. It was mom’s weekend and the hotel was packed. The staff everywhere in the hotel were helpful and friendly."

"Tidy room, decent breakfast. There for a conference. Not sure if I would pay for breakfast there otherwise when there are so many independent and interesting breakfast places in Lawrence. However, the Cold Brew martini at the bar as a nightcap was exceptional!!"
