"Good location for shopping centre - food etc - when checking in at 4pm tv wasn’t working - called down to reception they said they would fix it . Cam back to the room at 10pm and TV still not working - called down again . Next morning I was able to unplug the system and then it started working - sadly this could have been done by maintenance when reported the 1st or 2nd time - disappointing !"

"We had a pleasant stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Coventry. The hotel was comfortable overall and the breakfast was very good, with a good selection of options for the family. The main downside is that the hotel feels quite dated in places and could benefit from some refurbishment. The gym changing room was particularly disappointing — it was very small and the floors were not as clean as we would have expected. Unfortunately, this put our children off using the leisure facilities. With some investment in updating the hotel and improving the cleanliness and size of the gym changing facilities, this could be a much stronger family stay. Overall, we enjoyed our visit and found the staff and hotel pleasant, but the leisure facilities could definitely be improved."

"Exceptional front facing room with double glazed sash windows and air conditioning, clean mondern bathroom in keeping with the recent modernisation of this beautifil building. As always a wonderful reception from the staff on arrival, large bar area, resturant and easy seating. Large car park to rear."
