A beautiful stunning quirky location, absolute luxury and great value for money, hotel restaurant was well worth a visit with a fab shopping centre on site something for everyone, well done guys we will definitely be back

This hotel is attached to a large shopping mall and is not a hotel to spend the day in....it's a great location from which to base yourself to explore the local area. The view from the room was the vast metal roof of the mall but we were treated to a specatular flying exhibition from the nesting house martins on our balcony. You can walk into the countryside in less than 5 minutes from the hotel though. The hotel is extremely good, with large comfortable rooms, decent sized bathrooms & comfortable beds...all great quality. There are restaurants attached to the hotel but Primavera in the mall is a very good Italian restaurant if you want a change. The breakfast is also very good

Good Morning, Thank you for your great review and were are glad to passed a nice stay with us. This shows us that we are on the right way. Our location is unique and can indeed be argued about. Some people prefer the convenience close to a shopping centre, while others don’t. Also we know that our views from the rooms/balcony’s are not very appealing in each room showing the rood construction of a mall. Due to nature protection, we are limited about our choices to prevent the birds breed close to the balcony’s. Well, that is pure nature We look forward welcoming you back soon. The hotel is amazing, the site is a bit weird as underneath is a shopping center and restaurants but it made the stay much more interesting. Top quality rooms and a great breakfast. Would have liked to stay longer.

This hotel was amazing. I don’t even know where to begin. We had two rooms and two baths - great design and details not to mention clean and comfy! Loved the morning breakfast and was blown away by the attached grocery store, shops and restaurants. If we ever return to this area we will most definitely book here again and use it as our home base for excursions. For the rest of our trip (which started in Brussels and ended in Munich) we were commenting how we wish all our hotels were or were like ours at Wemperhardt!

Great meeting point Hotel
I am a member of a motorbike club, and It has been the second time we have used that nice hotel as meeting point on Friday night. Free parking, next to cheaper gas stations, beer garden, shopping center and a few restaurants. The hotel is clean, biker friendly and the breakfast quite complete and good quality.

Lovely rooms... shame about the breakfast room!
The rooms were immaculate. Clean throughout with quality linen and very comfortable beds. However, the breakfast was not a good experience. The food was fine, but the room that was for breakfast was far too small and therefore very hectic, with no places to sit but dirty tables which had just been vacated! There was only one waitress on duty, so the lady could not possibly cope with clearing all the used dishes and cups. So one had no choice but to sit amongst other people’s leftovers! Plus, all the breakfast area is in one small corner and a huge bottle neck of people were stood around waiting till get to the food! A better design would be good!

As we honour all our guest feedback and we are taking especially criticism and constructive comments very seriously. We can only improve our guest service when we listen to our guests and embrace their input to change some things for the better. We are really sorry that we let you down on this occasion in regards to the breakfast on that Sunday morning. Of course, we will try to improve our organismal skills so that our breakfast service is provided with enough staff, especial on weekends. I am sure that my colleague tried her very best to live up to the most common expectations as far it was possible that morning. Of course, we are limited with our current breakfast room regarding the layout and the buffet shelves, especially when the hotel is fully booked and guests are all having breakfast at rush hours. I am happy to let you know, that the management is already planning on a conversion in the future to ensure an improved and cosier reception for our breakfast guests. We kregen via de mail instructies voor self-check-in met code en duidelijke instructies. Echter de machine is out of working , stond daar paar minuten om te proberen etc. Ik hen maar bij de receptie ingecheckt en receptie vertelde dat het apparaat niet deed. Vind het wel raar dat ze mij nog code en instructies sturen. Receptie is erg vriendelijk, ontbijt was goed met voldoende keuze. Kamers ruim en schoon alleen uitzicht was honderden zonnepanelen op het dak van het winkelcentrum. Balkon, waterkoker aanwezig

Virkelig lækkert men med lidt mangel på service
Mega lækkert hotel og dejligt lige op af et center. Dog synes vi der manglede noget på service. I sær om morgenen da vi skulle spise i deres buffet. Der var ingen tjenere og vi havde lige været på et andet hotel dagen før som havde mindre stjerner hvor betjeningen bare var i top og der blev kredset om os. Her var vi overladt til os selv og forventer mere af så fint hotel. Ellers var værelset meget lækkert og som sagt omgivelserne. Vi følte os godt tilpasse i det.

Perfect for a stop, but room was cold
Really good breakfast, very comfortable bed, but unfortunately the room felt cold, and there was no way to turn up the heating. I would have complained, but it was already almost midnight, and I just wanted to sleep. Shame, as it would otherwise have been an excellent stay.
