"Was very convenient near train station. Really nice and a fun concept. Make sure you clarify on garden view there is one row of windows tucked away with technically a garden view but even partial would be generous. They did make it up to me though with some time cushion on check out."

"Très bel appartement mobilier moderne, très bien équipé, la chambre penthouse est idéal lorsque nous voyageons avec des enfants. Emplacement idéal lorsqu’on vient en voiture. Petit défaut fauteuils de salon et chaises de salle à manger pleins de tâches (pas évident de les gardées propre lorsque les meubles sont de couleur clair, ce qui peut faire sale), la seul chose qui nous a manqué dans notre appartement est un grille pain. Attention le parking est hors de prix (39 eur par jour) et ne dépend pas de l’hôtel mais très pratique surtout dans le quartier où il n’y a pas de place parking. Le restaurant est excellent bonne qualité des produits. Je vous déconseille de prendre le petit déjeuner qui est hors de prix pour la qualité des produits proposés (jus de fruits mauvais, peut de variété de viennoiseries et pas extraordinaire, œufs brouillés sec, pain à découper qui ne donne pas envie). Malgré quelques petits défauts je conseille vivement cet établissement nous avons passer un séjour magnifique. "

"All the Check-In Reception Front Desk Staffs are so so very polite and very kind. Particularly, ( George ) is very very thoughtful, very helpful, and very very considerate. George goes through all the details and all the amenities that Hotel Josefshof Am Rathaus has to offer. HE shows where is the Restaurant Dining Room for breakfast in the morning. George loaned me a very precious "CHARGER" for my entire stay in Vienna, Austria and my entire duration stay as a Guest in This Prestige Over The Top, Outstanding Service "HOTEL JOSEFSHOF AM RATHAUS". So, now I go back to CANADA with lots and lots of great, amazing pictures of Vienna and wonderful memories of Vienna. I would also like to acknowledge the Beautiful Long Blonde Hair Young Lady Receptionist with her careful, thoughtful help utensil silvers. TRILOGIE did not provide me with any wooden or plastic cutleries. Overall, I am impressed and overwelmed. I was treated like I am a royalty king for the entire duration. On October 17, 2025 early morning at 06:35AM, I have returned the very precious "CHARGER" to the Young Man Dark Hair Reception Personnel along with the Check-Out Hotel Room Keys. Speaking of Young Man Dark Hair Reception, HE helped me call the Taxi for my Mother and me; so, I don't have to walk to the intersection street with my mother to hail a Taxi. In summary, I am very happy. Thank you very very much for all the Staff in the Hotel Josefshof am Rathaus !!!!!! "
