Great clean room at an affordable price. Staff very friendly at check in. I didn't like the shower being in a tub. Refrigerator in room stocked with wine, beer, sodas and water. Instant coffee available in room also

The pillows and duvet cover was just terrible, didn't get a lot of sleep, but the hotel was ok.

The Hotel is easy to reach with a car. One night we had the buffet and every morning the breakfast buffet. The food is good and a lot to choose from. The bar has great service. Everyone of the staff was very nice and made us feel welcome. The room was great and clean.

Loved the check in and check out process; although the wifi was a bit spotty, I adjusted and made the best of it. Service was excellent and responsive to my requests. this is a great place to stay if you are in the area.

A VERY bland hotel. Not really up to what I’d expect or hope for from the NH chain. No charm, very poor breakfast. Clean and a useful overnight from the motorway.

Shoddy furniture...
The staff was very nice and helpful, but the furniture were old and tatty, the the bath hole was full of limescale, armchair had a hole in the seat... there were nothing in the room even to make a hot drink or a glass of water... I understand the current Covid situation but since the lack of gym, sauna, breakfast buffet the price should reflect it. Not very happy

Upon check in (early) I was charge almost 50% of the hotel night rate. Secondly, they charged extra for parking. Both items were not noted in the reservation. Another hotel would have been cheaper after all the addition hidden charges.

Nice enough but pricey for what you get
The hotel itself is fine, but does show some wear in areas. No air conditioning, but a fan is provided. Wifi can be very slow in the evenings. A popular stop for tour buses, so a lot of foot traffic. Parking and breakfast are expensive.

Quiet friendly hotel
Nice simple hotel in a quiet & relaxed town! Close enough to German Grand Prix and far enough out to be quiet. Recommended if you want to tour the area Note had a bar and restaurant and room service, but menu was quite limited. Friendly staff!

Our stay was ok
Hotel was fine, comfortable bed, clean room and quiet area of the town. Parking is convenient and at a nominal fee (5 euro), and breakfast buffet was good. The only issue we found was the lack of air conditioning, luckily the windows of our room could be opened to get some heat out and there was a fan too

Very good breakfast. Not much around in the vicinity not even a shop but we stayed here as we wanted to go to Miramar water parka and it served its purpose. Comfortable bed and clean rooms and friendly staff

The pictures on line are better than the actual hotel. Their is no mirror other than in the bathroom or the wardrobe so a lady needs to sit on the floor to do her hair. Very strange. A simple mirror by the desk would be so easy to install in each room Shark bar / breakfast is good.

There’s no AC and it was 38C/90F the entire stay. If I opened a window because there wasn’t screens all that came in was bugs. They don’t keep irons in the room, and when I got it, housekeeping took it back without asking if I was done with it. The breakfast isn’t great, it could be because the restaurant is under renovation and they’re setting up in the ballroom. Outside of that it’s a good facility, clean, the staff is friendly, and tries to help.

We enjoy the hotel. The staff is very pleasant and for being such a busy hotel one doesn't feel neglected. The only complaint is the bathtub. While it is very German it is incredibly high and hard to step up into, stand without fear of slipping and falling, and dangerous to get out of. It is the only hotel we stayed at in Germany that didn't have a walk in shower. I noticed many older people at the hotel and wondered about their safety getting in and out of the tub.

Room was OK, but not great, especially the bath. Booked room w/o breakfast as I was unsure as to what I would do in that regard. When staying, we decided to look into the breakfast buffet. Buffet was not great and, in our minds, not well laid out. Then I asked the price----twenty euros per person. I consider this high by most any hotel and spread, but this buffet wasn't worth ten euros. We declined and went elsewhere. Also tried to use the computer in the lobby. Wouldn't come up and when I asked the desk, I was told that it took a credit card. I guess that I'm accustomed to hotels providing computer access. If this is all an NH modus operandi, I would likely not stay with this chain again.

Perfect location, nice and spacious rooms
The reception staff were lovely however I'm a bit disappointed in the room service staff. I called towards the end of room service finished and was abruptly told the kitchen was closed without a good will gesture of keeping it opened or making something quick to eat. Also the orange juice I had for breakfast was extremely watery

The Internet was down all the time. No efforts to bring it back up. No discount for that just a "sorry sir". Minibar in the room is empty and there was not even a coffee machine in the room. Sub-standard!

Great hotel, great price... needs air conditioning
This was a nice hotel and the price was very reasonable. The breakfast in the morning was superb and the bathroom had everything you need. The staff was friendly and the parking was fine. It is a short drive (too far to walk) to the Altstadt, which is a must-see. The only drawback was that there was no air conditioning... it was too hot. This may have been due to the renovation going on, but the third floor was a little too hot to be comfortable.
