"Excellent, really helpful staff - the biggest asset in our view. We had a pool-facing suite. Furniture in our suite was a bit worn out and there were stains on the carpet. The bathroom and shower were oversized and, I think, disproportionate to the overall size of the suite - together almost the same square footage as the living/sleeping space. However, overall a good size, and the bed was spacious and very, very comfortable. Great selection at breakfast and good wines on the drinks menu. The rooftop pool is a wonderful oasis at the hotel. We didn't get to use the spa, except for a massage and facial appointment which were both great. "

"The hotel itself is very tired and definitely not the star rating you give it. The hotel is lacking investment and management who train newer staff. That said, there are some members of staff who are exceptional and made the stay really enjoyable."
