"セルフチェックインが上手くいかず手こずりました。電話にて対応してもらえましたが海外からの観光客の場合、高額な電話代が予想されます…新しいシステムにホテルのスタッフも対応しきれていない印象でした。その他については文句のつけどころは何もありません。これほど清潔さを感じるホテルはなかなかありません。"
