"Everything was broken, from the hot tub to the bathroom door and even the window covering. The staff was terse and unavailable. There was a funky smell in the halls. They charged for early check in and a parking pass. Even the breakfast and coffee were awful. I travel monthly for work and this was the worst hotel in decades."

"The hotel has been renovated very nicely! It is a pleasant place for a two-night stay. Our only issue was that our balcony faced the pool—and, of course, this has nothing to do with the hotel itself—but people were talking very early in the morning (and one night, quite late), and the noise carried right up to us! When I booked the nights, the listing stated that breakfast was "included," but that is NOT the case. They charge nearly $13 per person, and honestly, it isn't very good. Right across the street is the House of Waffles, and the breakfast there is delicious! Would I return to this place? Yes—absolutely."

"Filthy room. Had so many issues with housekeeping. Sheets weren’t changed from previous guests. Disgusting stains on all 3 beds. On our 8th day they decided to come to our room and all my toiletries had been opened and tampered with. My stuff by the sink had all been deliberately knocked down! I couldn’t believe it. Would never stay here again!"
