Friendly staff, clean and quiet room, and a perfect location. The hotel is a little outdated, which I expected, but all the other good things made up for it. Bottom line — I’d stay here again if I come back.

Lovely hotel, great location, friendly staff. Not to keen on the bed, pretty hard and not a bed where we’d like to sleep on again 😞. Pity, really, apart from that, really good!

Gem of a hotel
The hotel is in a quiet area just outside Groningen. Easy to reach by car and if you wish to visit the city centre the P+R is convenient. Car parking is free and plentiful. Just to summarize: one of the nicest smaller city hotels I have visited in years, clean, crisp, attentive service, very nice and spacious rooms, free coffee, cake and warm snacks in the afternoon, big breakfast, fantastic waterfront location, walking distance to downtown.
