Clean and comfortable

This is the kind of hotel were the rooms all have an outside door to the parking lot. I prefer that so you can park outside your room. The staff was friendly. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Just be sure to request a room on the ground floor if you can’t climb stairs with luggage as there isn’t an elevator

Roach Motel

Soon as we walked into the room we knew it was a mistake but after driving 12hrs and it was the only place for another hour so we stayed the room had roaches all over even in the mini fridge the towels were so stained we couldn’t even take a shower

Rooms Need Upgrading

I usually don’t complain but felt necessary to say something. One night stay. Stayed here before due to limited area hotels. First of all, online check-in time different as explained by clerk on site. Had to wait 20 mins while he (same person) cleaned the room. Once in room, a/c died but he reset breaker. Rm: rusted fridge door & fridge itself was not working. Bathroom’s wall paper is peeling over shower. Like I said before, our second visit, in as many yrs.

Very disappointed, terrible hospitality!!!!

My stay was good until the morning of checkout. First housekeeping was trying to come in my room at 9:30 a.m. just as I was getting in the shower, then the front desk called me as I was putting my things in the car and when my friend went to the car before me housekeeping was trying to come in again before I could even walk out the door. Checkout is 11:00 a.m. so why was I basically harassed into leaving? This is my hometown and I've stayed here every time I come home to visit but after this stay I never will again!! I think it's under new management because I have never been treated like this before. I developed sort of a friendship with the previous owner she was so pleasant and friendly to talk to and I always enjoyed my stay there. Unfortunately, I will not stay there again and since it's my hometown I will definitely pass the word along.
