Our pillows were terrible. There was no way to get comfortable in order to sleep. They had no support whatsoever. Therefore we got very little sleep during our stay. Everything else was fantastic! The staff was extremely helpful (shout-out to Penny for her advice!) and the hotel itself was great.

This hotel is older with thin walls, very noisy. The guest across the hall went out to smoke about every 1/2 hour all night long and slammed his door each and every time. With our close proximity to the front desk the person on duty certainly would’ve heard this and should have spoken up to this ...
