This is our fourth time staying at this property and we really enjoy it. It’s outside of Brussels but the hotel is always clean, comfortable, and the staff is friendly. It has games in lobby for our four year old son that he loves. Free parking and very good breakfast! The Air Conditioning works great, even in warmer months. Hope to stay here again in the future.

Very disappointed in that I have stayed here many times even before it became a Novotel and it has gone down hill over the years. It advertises as having a restaurant, which it does have but now no longer opens in the evening only for breakfast which for such an expensive hotel is ridiculous.

Nice hotel with some strange issues
Really nice hotel with much bigger rooms than normal. Decor is very nice and staff are great. Our breakfast was included in our rate. I heard it was 20 euros extra - although the b/fast was good I would not have paid 20 euros for it. The milk was off on our first morning showing a lack of attention to detail. There was a strange smell in the left (~ drains? ) . The lights down the entrance to the hotel weren't on as a "cost saving measure after covid". This is ridiculous and quite frankly dangerous as the site has masses of Tesla chargers so traffic is constant into the site - it is a matter of time before there is an accident becasue of this.

Perfect theme park stay
We stayed here for 2 nights as part of a theme park road trip. It was great to be so close to Walibi, the park was a 5 minute walk away. The staff were so helpful and welcoming from the minute we entered the hotel. The pool, table football table, games table and fitness room were great too.

This Novotel Wavre property have a country side feel with is outdoor swimming pool and garden area. Ampel outside lounging area - perfect for summer morning coffee and end of day happy hour. Convenient to Carrefour shopping center and Q fast food. Also, a very short drive into Wavre city center with excellent variety of restaurants. Front desk staff was knowledgeable about local area. The drive into Brussels is easy and took us less than 30 minutes. Train service is a bit inconvenient into Brussels - driving affords flexibility, especially, if you are staying in Brussels for Grand Platz dinner and light show. We liked the location of this hotel..

Great location, lovely hotel.
Excellent location, close to the motorway. Disappointed to find the restaurant was closed but found a lovely local Italian restaurant about 15 min walk up the hill (downhill on the way back fortunately!). The hotel and the staff were fantastic and very welcoming. The breakfast was extremely good with a huge variety. The only negative was the same as others have said - paper cups in the room for the tea and coffee. This meant when we wanted a second cup we had to go downstairs to ask for another paper cup rather than wash up any cups we had. For such a good quality hotel, the paper cups cheapened the experience.

I travelled for a leisure trip. I stayed here because it was close to Walibi, but I did go into Brussels to do some sightseeing and it takes about an hour of travel each way to reach the city centre. The hotel is nice and I had a pleasant stay here. It is conveniently located if you need a hotel outside of Brussels and has a large car park that makes it easy to find a space. They have Tesla superchargers as well if you want to park a Tesla here. The rooms were well equipped and included a Nespresso machine and a kettle. The biggest disappointment for me was the provision of paper cups for the coffee and plastic cups in the bathroom. The restaurant has china cups and glass tumblers, so it should not be difficult to put these in the rooms - they are better for the environment, nicer quality and easier to clean if you want another drink. Hopefully they will change this in the future. Continental breakfast was free and was adequate quality with a suitable selection. There were some hot options - bacon, sausage, beans and scrambled egg. The coffee was good. The pool looked nice (but I didn't see anyone use it) and I didn't use the fitness centre either. They have a restaurant as well, which was inexpensive and had good sized portions. Staff were all friendly and most spoke English well. I appreciated having a noon checkout, and the checkout process was quick and easy. I would be happy to stay in this hotel again.

Great one night stay. We arrived later but check in was still fast and receptionist was nice. Room was everything you need and spacious. Breakfast was very enjoyable and free parking is a bonus! The lift was not working during our stay. Would stay again.

Good value, great staff, good hotel
This hotel is 15 nice drive south of Brussels in a quiet neighborhood with ample parking and Tesla charging stations. The lobby was bright and roomy with an open concept that included a large sitting lounge, restaurant, bar, reception and outdoor area. The rooms were clean and the bathrooms had wonderful large cotton bath towels! The only thing wrong was that the refrigerator didn’t work and they could use and area in the lobby for guests to use a microwave. However, the very friendly and professional staff offered the heat up the lasagne we bought and store our small bag of food in their kitchen refrigerator. Overall, a reasonably priced, wonderful, and very stress free stay 😄. I would definitely recommend this Novotel location to everyone.

The room was good and well equipped. Whatever you do though, do not eat at the restaurant unless your idea of a 21 euro burger is a piece of rubber between 2 buns

Friendly stuff, quiet area, nice family oriented lobby, good restaurant with decent breakfast, clean rooms, outdoor small swimming pool, Though a bit far from city environment, for those who may like walking distance to explore city. For us it was just perfect as we didn't want to be in city surrounding at all :)

A great stop-over after an evening ferry!
A really lucky find! I needed a stop-over after an evening ferry, on the long drive south. This was super convenient and quick to get to, but way more quiet than the usual motorway-side hotels. Great facilities, super comfy room, friendly staff and a great breakfast. I’ll keep this on the list from now on - and be back!

Delightful hotel. Rooms are lovely and looks recently renovated. Couldn’t fault it. But of a walk to into the centre of Wavre but other then that no complaints.

The hotel is nice. The back area seems to still be under construction and there was no where to sit outside and enjoy the nice weather. No tables, benches. The key cards continuously stopped working on the door or the lights. It is nearby to Brussels, a water park and go kart track. The breakfast is mediocre at best and they charge $20 per person! You do not get $20 per person worth of food.
